Bryan Poteet, CEO

Bryan comes to Continuity Health Solutions with a vast knowledge on all aspects of multi-national organizations from operations, sales and marketing, and customer support. The past 25 years he has been involved in sales and marketing of solutions, clinical and financial, to customers within the health care spectrum.

Bryan has a passion developing teams and technology to solve every day issues from care team communication to empowering his mother to monitor her COPD in rural Louisiana. Continuity Health Solutions was forged out of a son’s passion and loving care.

Previous Employers included: Siemens Medical Solutions, McKesson Provider Technologies, Avreo, University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston, Texas.

The Continuity Health Solutions management team has of over 30 years of business development experience in the medical device and information industry. They have refined their best practices business process across a range of business models and sizes from small to multi-national organizations. Their progressive and innovative thinking led to the creation of an organization that enables care providers and payors to focus on new ways to improve patient outcomes.

The management team has assembled a unique team of engineers and programmers with advanced degrees from around the world. Their experience in advanced physiological monitoring, biosensors, and pattern recognition algorithms is the foundation of the CHS design philosophy to create innovative and user friendly technology for the aging population of the world.
